MSC has a modern, well equipped fitness center which includes gymnasium, aerobics, Zumba and dance classes. We have a wide range of Cardiovascular and Resistance equipment with fully qualified Fitness Instructors on hand to help.

Open Gym

The open gym consists of a Walking/Jogging Circuit, among other elements.  

Membership Fees:

Msc Gym rates are as below;

KSh 2,320 per month open to the general public

Opening hours:

Opens daily from 0600 am to 2100 hrs.
